These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Shelfie. By creating an account or using Shelfie, you agree to them.
Shelfie is operated by Praise Nlemchukwu, Nigeria ("we", "us"). Contact: support@useshelfie.cc.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give us accurate information.
Don't use Shelfie to:
"Access forever" means you keep Founding access for as long as Shelfie is offered, with no further payment.
Payments are processed by Creem, our seller of record. Taxes are handled at checkout. If you're not happy, email support@useshelfie.cc within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.
Your books, notes, ratings and shelf are yours. You give us permission to store and display them to run Shelfie, and to show your shelf publicly if you share a link.
A share link is visible to anyone who has it. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings. Don't share anything you don't want others to see.
Book information and covers come from other websites and belong to their owners. They can be incomplete or wrong, and you can edit or add a book yourself.
We may maintain, improve, change or remove features. We don't promise the service will always be available or error-free. If we end the service, we'll give reasonable notice.
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Deleting it removes your data and ends your Founding access without an automatic refund, so email us first if you want one. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Shelfie is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email, and continuing to use Shelfie means you accept it.
